Club Stableford
The Saturday and Tuesday aggregate competition was won in convincing style by Pat Owen with an impressive 40 points playing off 20. The price of success resulting in her handicap being reduced by two shots to eighteen. In second place was Donna Blackwell and in third place Jane Powles, both on a good 38 points.

The competition was won convincingly by Pauline Webb with a blistering 41 points playing off a handicap of 21. The tally included a hole in one on the sixth hole and her handicap has been suitably reduced to nineteen. In second place on count back was vice captain Gillian Sandell (24) with 33 points from Donna Blackwell (36). Jean Crum and Dot Rogers were third and fourth with 29 points.

Lady Captain's Day Out at Upper Sapey Golf Club - 28 of July 2009
It was a super day out with very little rain. The nine hole Oakes Course was played first followed by a smoked salmon and scrambled egg breakfast washed down with Bucks Fizz. The eighteen hole Rowan Course was tackled on a full stomach and this was followed by an excellent dinner and the presentation of prizes.
Twenty three ladies attended and all were pleased to welcome Kath Card who played the nine hole course which was her first game for two years. The trophy winner with an impressive 39 points was 15 year old junior member Jessica Filbrant who also won the longest drive. (Presentation photo)

Aggrate results of the competition played on the 7th and 10th of November was a win for vice captain Gillian Sandell with 17 points on count back from Pat Owen.
In third place with 16 points was Donna Blackwell with Bet Hinchliffe and Elizabeth Moore on 15 and 14 points respectively.
